CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C. — A man faces charges after a car hit him Saturday.
Harold Locklear of Hope Mills was crossing Highway 301 in Cumberland County when a passing car hit him.
Locklear was taken to a nearby hospital, where he was listed in critical condition.
Investigators said Locklear would be charged with failure to yield, and they believe alcohol was a factor in the incident.
