Assistant Durham DA Injured In Scuffle

DURHAM, N.C. — A prosecutor was sideswiped in a Durham courtroom.
Assistant District Attorney Tracey Cline was knocked to the ground Thursday in court when the father of a rape victim lunged at the suspect.
Cline got caught in the middle. She said she is a little sore and swollen, but she is fine.
The father was found in contempt of court.
