RALEIGH, N.C. — An arsonist will spend at least two years in prison for burning down a Garner apartment building.
Reginald Morrison pleaded guilty Monday to setting fire at the Forest Hills Apartment complex in February.
His girlfriend and her infant daughter lived in the complex, but they were not at home.
Morrison must also take anger management classes and have mental evaluations while serving his sentence.
