Prosecutors Seek Death Penality For Man Charged With Killing Duke Employee

DURHAM, N.C. — A man accused of killing a Duke University employee will face the death penalty during his trial.
Thomas Pitt is charged with murdering Curt Blackman last year.
Police found Blackman dead in his Forest Hills apartment. Prosecutors say he was gagged, tied up and stabbed repeatedly.
Pitt is in the Durham County jail without bond.
