Zebulon Teacher Charged With Child Molestation For Second Time

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A former Zebulon elementary school teacher is charged with child molestation for a second time.

Zebulon police first charged Christopher Journigan back in 2003. Officers said he had a sexual relationship with a 12-year-old male student. He has not been tried in that case.

Now, Journigan faces similar charges in a new case involving an 11-year-old male victim.

The Wake County Department of Social Services alerted investigators about the most recent case.
