FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — Fayetteville's old Capitol Building will get a makeover.
The City Council voted 5-to-4 Monday night to allow a developer to remodel the building.
The developer wants to turn it into an entertainment complex.
The council also agreed to loan the developer $750,000 for the project.
The City Council tabled a vote on developing the 300 block of Hay Street.
