DURHAM, N.C. — Duke Hospital is asking for the public's assistance to help identifying a patient.
The man believes his name is Roberto Garcia Ruiz and that he is 28 years old. He has a tattoo of a sun on his back.
He thinks he recently moved to an address on Highway 90 and that he works in construction.
