GARNER — One person is dead after a car accident in Garner.
It happened Friday night at the intersection of Jordan Road and Ten-Ten Road, where the driver of a white Pontiac Sunfire did not stop and t-boned another car, investigators said.
Investigators said James Testa -- the driver of the car that was hit -- was killed.
His license was suspended just a few days ago due to a DWI conviction, and he should not have been driving, police said.
The woman who caused the accident was not wearing a seatbelt, and was taken to the hospital, police said.
