Man Accused Of Shooting Father-In-Law In Robeson County

RALEIGH, N.C. — Authorities are investigating a shooting in Robeson County.

Investigators are looking for Richard Locklear III who they say shot his father-in-law with a high-powered rifle on John L. Road in Maxton.

Locklear then took off into a nearby wooded area, police said.

If you know about Locklear's whereabouts, you are asked to call the Robeson County Sheriff's Office.
