Man Charged In Fatal Waffle House Shooting In Fayetteville

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. — A man was arrested Sunday and charged in a fatal shooting at a Waffle House in Fayetteville last year.

On Sunday, members of the U.S. Marshals Violent Fugitive Task Force arrested Robert Charles Haulcy, 27, in connection with the homicide of Marcus Antoine Seals that happened on June 17, 2004.

Haulcy was arrested and served with outstanding warrants for first-degree murder, robbery with a dangerous weapon and attempted first-degree murder.

He is currently in the Cumberland County Jail.

The fatal shooting happened at the Waffle House located at 5420 Yadkin Road in Fayetteville. Marcus Antoine Seals, 22, died on scene.

Stacey Terrelle Turman, 26, was injured in the shooting and was transported to Cape Fear Valley Medical Center. Turman has recovered from his injuries.
