CHATHAM COUNTY, N.C. — Track star Marion Jones faces a new legal challenge in her own back yard.
The Olympic gold medallist lives behind the gates of an exclusive Chatham County development.
But according to a recent lawsuit, Jones has a tough time paying her bills.
In the complaint, landscaping company Reva and Roses claims Jones never paid them for landscaping, which includes a backyard waterfall and a gazebo.
The Hillsborough Company says she owes them $180,000.
