DURHAM, N.C. — A busboy at a popular upscale restaurant is accused of peeping on customers.
Jose Tovar is charged with four counts of secret peeping.
Last week, two women dining at Parizade's in Durham noticed a small hole on one of the walls in the bathroom.
Later, it was discovered the secret peep hole was behind a picture in the men's bathroom.
A cell phone with a built in camera was also found in the trashcan nearby.
Parizade's fired Tovar, who is out of jail on bond.
