10 Suspended For Johnston School Brawl

SMITHFIELD, N.C. — Ten students arrested for fighting at school will now attend an alternative high school.
On Dec. 16, a brawl broke out at Smithfield-Selma High School right before winter break.
The students involved received long-term suspensions.
It is unclear what started the fight.
Security has since been increased at the school.
