DURHAM, N.C. — Duke Power has restored service to all of the 2,000 customers who lost power Tuesday morning.
Durham police said someone hit a power pole on Crest Street, near the Crestview Apartments, at about 2:15 a.m.
Police said the car that hit the pole left the scene.
