RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the players in the Meg Scott Phipps' Agriculture department scandal is on the move.
Bobby McLamb's attorney says McLamb is in a halfway house somewhere in North Carolina.
McLamb, who pleaded guilty to extortion and fraud, had spent several months in federal prison.
He is scheduled to go free in less than a month.
