RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh are looking for two men suspected of killing one person and sending another to the hospital Sunday afternoon.

Officers found Kyle Parrish, 21, shot to death and another man hurt at a home on Lake Boone Trail near Glenwood Avenue at about 4:20 p.m.

Officers discovered Parrish's body lying in Edenburgh Road. They believe he jumped out of a window. They said the the crime does not appear to be a random act of violence.

"There are certainly indications that the people who committed this crime, for whatever reason, came to that particular location," said Jim Sughrue of the Raleigh Police Department.

Witnesses reported that a pale green conversion van with a tan or silver stripe was seen leaving the scene immediately after the homicide.

The van is described as being a late 1980s or early 90s model and was occupied by at least two people described as black males.

Anyone with information that might be helpful to investigators is asked to call the Raleigh Police Department at (919) 890-3555 or CrimeStoppers at (919) 226-2746.
