<b>CUMBERLAND COUNTY, N.C.</b> — A man accused of molesting a 2-year-old girl turned himself in to authorities.

Michael Zimmerman surrendered to Cumberland County detectives Wednesday. Officers say he sexually abused the toddler at Lo-Lo's Day Care, which is owned by his girlfriend.

Officers believe the incident occurred when she left him in charge while she was gone.

Zimmerman is out of jail on $60,000 bond.
