ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. — Investigators are looking into the cause of a fire that damaged a North Carolina landmark Monday night.
The Inn at Bingham School caught fire after 11 p.m. Monday.
A fire chief at the scene said the fire started in one of the rooms and spread.
A guest who tried to put the fire out is said to have minor burns. No one else was hurt.
The Inn is a bed and breakfast converted from a boys prep school.
