RALEIGH, N.C. — Two brothers from Raleigh were killed in a wreck in Virginia Saturday.

Wayne Giffin, 20, and his brother, Jeffrey Jakob, 16, were heading south on Interstate 95 outside Richmond, when Virginia state troopers said the driver lost control and hit a tree.

Both young men died on scene.

Jakob was a student at Sanderson High School.

Counselors are expected to be on hand for students there on Monday.
