<b>DURHAM, N.C.</b> — Police investigators have solved the murder of a murdered Durham businessman.

Tony Herndon was killed in February while he was at work.

Durham police say Anthony Lee shot Herndon at the Ace Radiator and Muffler shop on Geer Street during an attempted robbery.

Durham police say Lee was shot to death in July while attempting to rob a drug house near his home. Kandas Bellamy is charged in that case.
