Grand Jury Indicts Four In N.C. State Tailgate Shooting

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Wake County grand jury indicted four people charged in connection with a deadly shooting at a football tailgating party.

Timothy and Tony Johnson are charged with first-degree murder. They are accused of shooting Kevin McCann and Brett Harman at the state Fairgrounds.

Two women, Ashley Brown and Rachel French, are accused of helping the brothers after the killings.
