Cary Reservist Loses Fight To Stay Out Of Military

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A Cary reservist fighting the Army's call back to duty lost on Monday.

A judge denied Todd Parrish's request for an injuction to keep him from having to serve. Parrish said he already fulfilled his obligation and got his walking papers.

The military claims Parrish never officially resigned.

Parrish will, most likely, report to duty later in September.
