Texas Company Has Plans For Plantation Inn

RALEIGH, N.C. — Officials have a new plan for an old inn in Raleigh.
A Texas company has submitted preliminary plans to the city of Raleigh to develop the Plantation Inn lot off Capital Boulevard.
The proposal is to build a number of shops and restaurants.
Raleigh officials must still approve the idea.
