Tart was charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and first-degree kidnapping. Warrants were served on him at the Durham County Jail.

Warrants were also issued for McCrimon. He has been charged him with robbery with a dangerous weapon, first-degree kidnapping and possession of a firearm by a felon. Authorities are still looking for McCrimon.
