<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Cornelius, N.C., teenager has been found after being declared missing Sunday.

An Amber Alert was issued Sunday morning for 15-year-old Jose Carmelo Puerta, who had left his home Friday.

According to police, Puerta left his home of his own will. Saturday, his family notified Winston-Salem police after they said he called and was being held against his will.

Puerta returned home safely at about 4 p.m. Sunday.
