Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — One of the men accused in a 2002 Durham murder will not be taking a vacation.

A judge said Gregory Lee cannot go to the beach with his family this summer.

Lee also cannot be out past 7 p.m. in the evenings.

Lee is living with his aunt while he awaits trial. He and four other men are charged with killing 89-year-old Lois Cannady.
