Posted Updated

CLINTON, N.C. — Sampson County investigators have released more details about a triple murder.

Autopsy reports show Teresa Gail Tyndall was stabbed almost 30 times in the neck and chest.

Tyndall's son, 11-year-old Robert Bush, was stabbed a dozen times and her daughter, 13-year-old Triston Bush, was strangled and was sexually molested. Investigators say her mouth and hands were bound with tape.

Kenneth Hartley is charged with all three killings. He is Tyndall's son and the children's half-brother.
