RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh city leaders say they are OK with the RBC Center's new scaled-back sign.
The full council approved the sign Tuesday.
The sign would go up on Wade Avenue with fewer logos than originally planned.
The sign also is o smaller and limited to only a few colors.
Some people question whether the city has the authority over the design of the sign because it technically is on state property.
