FORT BRAGG, N.C. — Army investigators say they know why a Fort Bragg helicopter crashed in April, but they do not plan to release the findings until the end of the year.
The Black Hawk went down in the Interstate 95 median near Florence, S.C. All three crew members died.
Army officials said they finished their investigation and met with Bragg officials to discuss the results.
Investigators plan to write a formal report which should be public by the end of the year.
