RALEIGH, N.C. — Raleigh and the state are working together on a greenway project, but at some times of day, you may need to work your way around it.
A section of the new greenway at Meredith College will have gates and will shut down each day at dusk. College officials said it will be closed due to security reasons.
A bike pedestrian bridge over the Beltline is the centerpiece of the under-construction greenway that will eventually stretch from Hillsborough Street to Umstead State Park.
