JOHNSTON COUNTY, N.C. — Johnston County deputies have a second suspect in the murder of David Stancil.
Jeffrey Williams, 23, has been charged with Stancil's shooting.
Stancil, 28, was found dead in his Selma home earlier in May.
Brandie Spivey was charged with second-degree murder last week.
Both are being held without bond.
