Oberlin Project Starts To Take Shape

Posted Updated

RALEIGH, N.C. — A scaled-down version of a long-fought Raleigh project is taking shape.

Framework for the parking deck of The Oberlin is out of the ground, and workers will soon start building the 250 apartments.

The project is a smaller version of a development Neil Coker wanted to build after neighbors persuaded the Raleigh City Council to can his plan.

The first units should be ready to move in by late fall.
