ORANGE COUNTY, N.C. — Authorities are looking into whether drugs played a role in the death of an Orange County teenager.

Cristin Carter, 15, was found dead outside her mother's Arbor Hill mobile home last Friday.

The Orange County sheriff said Carter had been out the night before with friends using cocaine. He said her death does not appear to be caused by foul play.

A toxicology report should be back from the medical examiner's office in a few weeks.
