<b>HARNETT COUNTY, N.C.</b> — An accident involving an ambulance transporting a patient sent four people to the hospital.

The vehicle was turning off Highway 87 in southwestern Harnett County Friday when an sports utility vehicle hit it from behind.

The ambulance spun around and hit another car.

Troopers are still investigating the accident.
