RALEIGH, N.C. — Triangle Wiki was launched in March and already has over 1,200 pages and 300 editors, but the website's creator is looking to expand the site even further.

Reid Serozi, the creator of Triangle Wiki, hopes to put a large amount of information about the Triangle in one convenient place. He believes that the knowledge provided by locals will give Triangle Wiki an edge over other websites.

"There's a lot of knowledge in everybody's head about the Triangle area," Serozi said.

The site functions like Wikipedia, and anybody can edit or contribute to it. Existing pages cover a broad range of topics relating to the area, from the Walnut Creek Wetlands Center to City Market, from PNC Arena to Capital Area Transit.

"We're going to capture that information forever, and we want to become the number one resource for this area," Serozi said.

Volunteers can add content, such as pages, pictures and links, as well as edit the content of existing pages. To add your local expertise or learn something new, visit Triangle Wiki.
