Time Running Out To Save Raleigh Landmark

RALEIGH, N.C. — Time is running out to save a historical Raleigh landmark near North Carolina State University's campus.
Preservation North Carolina
is working to move the childhood home of famous gardening author Elizabeth Lawrence and save it from demolition.
There are interested buyers, but a deal needs to reached in the next few weeks.
North Carolina State's Farmhouse fraternity currently owns the home. They are building a new house, but they have to tear down the old one to move in.
