<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — More than 30 shops and restaurants have signed on to the first phase of the North Hills redevelopment project.

Stores are scheduled to open in fall 2004.

The first wave will include a mix of national chains and local specialty stores.

There will also be a number of new restaurants moving in. The Triangle will get its first Johnny Rockets and Mama Fu's, along with another Fox and Hound restaurant and Firebirds Rocky Mountain Grill.
