SANFORD, N.C. — Three men accused of raping a teenager while she was unconscious and videotaping it have pleaded guilty.
Erik Turner, Joe Harvey, and David Pattishall agreed to plead guilty to various sex charges. In exchange, none of the defendants faces more than 22 years in prison.
The suspects are accused of raping a 16-year-old girl at a party last year. Prosecutors say the victim had passed out from pills and alcohol.
Investigators tracked the men down when a videotape of the incident surfaced.
