RALEIGH, N.C. — A sport utility vehicle hit and killed a 2-year-old boy Sunday morning in Raleigh.
It happened just before 11 a.m. in a parking lot at Capital Boulevard and New Hope Road. Police said the young boy was hit after he ran from between two parked cars.
Paramedics rushed him to a nearby hospital. But he did not make it.
No charges have been filed against the driver yet.
