RALEIGH, N.C. — Some changes could be in store for one of Raleigh's oldest parks.
About 60 people showed up to talk about Fred Fletcher Park Wednesday night.
Neighbors asked the city for some improvements, including an off-leash dog park and replacing an old swing set with a permanent playground.
Several people who showed up at the meeting said they wanted to keep the swings.
