CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Two Chapel Hill High School students are accused of raping a fellow student on campus.
A female student reported the incident to police in February.
Following an investigation, police decided on Friday to file charges against the two male students.
The identities of the boys, who are under 16, are not being released.
