ECSU Offers Reward For Info About Student's Apparent Homicide

PASQUOTANK COUNTY, N.C. — An university is putting up money to solve the apparent homicide of one of its students.
Brian Pender was shot to death Monday in a house near the campus of Elizabeth City State University. Police think he was the victim of a violent robbery.
Elizabeth City State University is putting up $2,000 to find the person responsible.
Pender, 27, is a graduate from North Edgecombe High School and a native of Tarboro.
