Raleigh Police Make Arrest In Method Road Shooting

RALEIGH, N.C. — Police in Raleigh arrested Gabriel Moreno, 27, and has charged him with assault with a deadly weapon with intent to kill inflicting serious injury.
The charges stem from a shooting that occurred on Method Road on Saturday.
Police said Moreno shot Luis Gerardo Carillo Vincencio, 16, during an argument.
Vincencio is in serious condition at WakeMed.
