CHAPEL HILL, N.C. — Two Chatham County teenagers were killed Friday night in a single-car accident just north of Pittsboro.
The accident occurred on Old Graham Road just off Highway 87.
Killed in the wreck were the driver, 19-year-old Bryan Taylor, and a passenger, 13-year-old Aaron McLean, both ofPittsboro.
Three others were hurt in the accident. They were taken to UNC Hospitals for treatment.
The Highway Patrol says Taylor's car went out of control, crossed the center line, then ran off the roadway and hit severaltrees.
