A person was pulled from Harris Lake on Friday, and a search is underway for a second boater. A spokesperson told WRAL News two men who were out fishing crashed into a cement pole in the water and were thrown from the boat.

<b>RALEIGH, N.C.</b> — A Wake County judge has declared a mistrial in the murder trial of a man accused of killing an employee at a north Raleigh drive-in restaurant.

Testimony in the state's case against Deon Partridge was brought to an abrupt halt last week after the suicide of a private investigator working for the defense.

A new trial for Partridge is scheduled for mid-November.
