DURHAM — A Franklinton man is being held on $10million dollars bond on federal and state charges accusing him ofkidnapping a 13-year-old Arkansas girl.
Vincent Percy Quinn Junior is charged with taking the girl fromJonesboro, Arkansas, where she was abducted several days ago.
FBI special agent Frank Perry says Quinn faces statekidnapping and sexual assault charges as well as pending federalcharges.
The girl, who is in Durham, has been turned over to theDepartment of Social Service.
Perry says while he's glad the case had a happy ending, it cameat a bad time as many agents are focusing on the terrorist attackson New York and Washington.
