Sting Release Rookie Bristol

— The Charlotte Sting released rookie guard Reshea Bristol Monday.

Bristol, Charlotte's fourth-round selection in the 2001 WNBA draft, played in one game for the Sting this season. She sprained her thumb in practice on June 22nd and had been on the injured list in five games prior to being released.

Bristol, from Arizona, was the 50th pick overall in the draft.
