RALEIGH, N.C. — After a ten year building boom, Wake County school leaders want more construction money ... 550-million dollars for new schools and renovations. Wake County Commissioners will decide whether to put to bond referendum on the bond on the ballot and how much they'll ask voters to approve. Commissioners are reluctant to talk about a NEW tax since they just raised property taxes.
