Attorney Wants Bond Reduced For Robert Petrick

DURHAM, N.C. — The attorney for a Durham man accused of killing his wife wants his client's bond reduced.

Robert Petrick has been in jail since his arrest last May. He is being held on $600,000 bond.

Petrick is charged with killing Janine Sutphen, a cellist with the Durham Symphony.

A trial date has not been scheduled.
