WAKE FOREST, N.C. — Embarq
is adding “Press & Talk” services to its wireless phone product suite.
The walkie-talkie type feature, which connects users with one click of a button, is available on Sanyo 2400 phones using the Embarq network.
Press & Talk costs $5.95 in addition to regular cellular calling plans.
The Sanyo phones are $29.95 when purchased with a new line of service as part of a two-year contract.
